The Rocklea Palms refurbishment project reactivated the outdated accommodation village, owned by Rito Tino, and provided new facilities for employees working out of the Paraburdoo iron ore mine. At the core of this large-scale refurbishment project, delivered by CADDS Group, were multiple two storey accommodation blocks, each undergoing heavy remedial work to comply with current building standards.
