Home to Multotec, a global metallurgy and process engineering company, this buildingincludes just under 2,000m2 of warehouse floor area, an additional 1,000m2 undercover loading area, and 600m2 of office space. The project won commercial builder Built Ink the 2020 Master Builders Excellence in Construction Award for best industrial building valued in the range of $1.5 million to $5 million.
